Verizon

In my time at Verizon, I led design efforts on multiple projects from concept through to deployment. I created and maintained design libraries for multiple brands, pitched executive leadership to secure funding, established team workflows, identified and implemented new tools, and developed systems to increase efficiency. Additionally, I created prototypes of varying fidelity and complexity for all project phases, conducted qualitative testing and analyzed/reported on results, and served as primary point of contact & SME for external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders across multiple business functions.
